What is PoAgent?
A Windows desktop app: chat with AI models plus an autonomous agent that works with your files and commands right on your computer.
Does it need internet access?
Yes, for the language model. All file operations and commands run locally — your code is never sent anywhere. Web search is a separate toggle.
Which models are supported?
OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google Gemini and any OpenAI-compatible API — paste your key in settings. Keys are stored encrypted, locally. Or use PoAgentAi from your subscription.
What is Plan mode?
A mode where the agent first shows you its action plan and waits for your approval before executing it. Great for large tasks: you agree on the approach before any file is touched.
Is it safe for my files?
Yes. The agent works in a sandbox by default: edits happen in a copy, commands are isolated, and every change is revertible. Risky actions require your approval — with a before/after diff shown.
What is included in the subscription?
PoAgentAi tokens (work without your own key), all updates during the subscription, cloud settings sync, up to 3 devices per license. Trial period — no card required.
How is a license activated?
After payment a POA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX key appears in your account. Paste it into PoAgent settings — activation takes seconds.
Can I move it to another computer?
Yes, the app is portable — just copy the folder. Settings and profiles restore from the cloud backup tied to your license key.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Yes, up to 3 devices per license. Devices can be unlinked from your account at any time.
Does PoAgent work without a subscription?
Yes. The Free plan is free of charge: bring your own AI key (Gemini, [OI], Anthropic, GLM, etc.) and work without PoAgentAi limits. PoAgentAi tokens come with Lite and PRO subscriptions and one-time packs.
What are PoAgentAi tokens?
Tokens are the amount of text processed by the built-in AI models. Subscriptions refresh the balance monthly; the remaining balance and usage history are visible in your account.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit). The portable version needs no installation — just run the exe.
